Donovan Cook

Donovan Cook

09/10/2023 by Donovan.Cook

Donovan Cook is the author of the well-received Ormstunga Saga series, which combine fast-paced narrative with meticulously researched history of the Viking world and are inspired by his interest in Norse Mythology. His second series, The Charlemagne’s Cross Series, was published by Boldwood Books and his new series with them, The First Kingdom Series, is out soon.

Donovan was born in South Africa but raised in England, where his fascination with Medieval History, especially the Vikings and Norse Mythology, took root. In his free time, Donovan spends time with his family and watches rugby whenever he can, as well as taking their Frenchie out for long walks.

Feel free to contact him on Facebook, X, Bluesky, Goodreads and Bookbub to talk about history, rugby or anything else.
